When will my order ship?
Your order will ship the same day if it is processed by 4 PM eastern time that day. If processed after 4 PM or on weekends and holidays, your order will ship the next business day. Please note that these rules apply to orders on in-stock items only. Most of the items we have in stock. If item you ordered is not in stock, it will be ship in 5-7 business days.
Please note that when ordering on Friday (after 4PM eastern time), Saturday, or Sunday, if you choose Overnight or Express as your shipping method, that your product (s) will be shipped the following Monday (next business day). Orders Placed on Friday (before 4 PM eastern time) with FedEx or USPS as shipping method, will ship the same day, (if available) but may not be delivered until the following Monday (next business day).

How do I cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled only if shipping carrier didn't pick merchandise you ordered. Please send us your request over e-mail.

We are using FedEx & USPS services. All prices are actual. After you add item to the shopping cart please enter your ZIP code (right side on your screen above the shopping cart). Our server will connect to the FedEx and USPS servers and calculate price from our warehouse to your place.

What do I need to do if product I ordered has been damaged during the shipment?
If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by shipping carrier, you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage. After we received authorization from shipping carrier new product will be ship to you again. Do not return damaged product to us. The shipping carrier will pick it up after your claim.

What does APO/FPO mean?
APO, which stands for Army Post Office, and FPO, which stands for Fleet Post Office, both function as a branch of a designated United States Postal Service (USPS) civilian post office.
How does it work?
Each APO/FPO has a specific set of assigned ZIP codes, thereby allowing the USPS to effectively handle all Military Mail using their sophisticated sorting and distributing machines, just like regular mail. Although valid mailing addresses, APO/FPO addresses are not street or physical addresses, which is why this type of mail is treated differently from regular mail.
How do I order using an APO/FPO shipping address?
When you reach the Billing Information section in the checkout process, simply select US MILITARY AP (Armed Forces Pacific), US MILITARY AA (Armed Forces [the] Americas), or US MILITARY AE (Armed Forces Europe) from the bottom of the State dropdown box.
Where does my order go?
AP, AA, and AE are the 3 Military “States” as designated by the USPS and represent the 3 Military “City” mail processing facilities located in San Francisco, CA (AP), Miami, FL (AA), and New York, NY (AE). Your order is first processed through the USPS, then funneled to the Military State you designate, and finally transported to the APO/FPO address via Army/Air Force or Navy personnel.
